OnePlus has finally launched the Nord N200 in the Nepali market after two years. It is the successor to the Nord N100, which was the cheapest phone with a 90Hz display. So, let's get to know about the specifications, features, official price and availability in Nepal.

The OnePlus Nord N200 5G replaces the Nord 10 5G as the most affordable 5G offering from the brand, all thanks to the Snapdragon 480 SoC. This chipset was launched last year to make 5G more accessible. It comes with Qualcomm's Snapdragon X51 5G modem, which we can find in more expensive silicon like the Snapdragon 690. The phone will work with T-Mobile's 5G network in the US.
Manufactured under 8nm process, it features dual-cluster CPU arrangement with 2x Cortex-A76 (@2.0GHz) and 6x Cortex-A55 (@1.8GHz) cores. There is Adreno 619 to handle the graphics. Along with all this, it boasts of 100% better performance than the Snapdragon 460-powered Nord N100.
OnePlus has paired this chipset with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The latter can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. In terms of software, the phone initially shipped with OxygenOS based on Android 11. However, it is eligible for the Android 12 update.
Design and Display
The OnePlus Nord N200 5G features a 6.49-inch LCD panel. Unlike last year, the 90Hz is clearly mentioned in the specs sheet. Furthermore, the resolution has been increased to 2400 x 1080 pixels.Similarly, the phone has a rectangular camera bump at the back with the OnePlus logo in the middle. For biometrics, there is a fingerprint scanner on the side.
Camera
Unlike other affordable 5G phones in the market recently, OnePlus hasn't prioritized the cameras here. Actually, the company has kept the triple camera setup of N100 untouched. Thus, you get 13MP primary, along with two 2MP sensors for macro and B&W shots. Also, there is a 16MP camera at the front for selfies and video calls.
